Uphold USD transfer for a french Citizen

Good day everybody

I’m a french Citizen.
I’ve got this 70 $ on my Brave account.
My goal and dream is to open a dollar account to have a different currency than EUR.
With Uphold I can’t withdraw to Europe.

It seems that with Plaid I can link a bank account in the USA.
Is it a possibility with one of the Bank listed to open an online account ?
Please tell me.
