Briefly describe your issue:
Uphold verification on Brave mobile browser is displaying error popups. Previously connected, unsure when it became disconnected.
- Open mobile browser
- click on triangle icon to show rewards
- click on “verify wallet”
- popup appears stating verification is optional. Click on “continue”.
- popup allows user to select uphold. Press it.
- popup states you must have 2 BAT in account. (Have more than 2 in account.) Click on login to continue.
- Uphold app pops up, asks for authorization for Brave. Click approve.
- new popup shows error occurred, try again.
- check uphold app integrations. See Brave connected to Uphold. Delete the connection.
- Try above steps again, same results.
I believe this started when Brave required reauthentication after 90 days…and it’s been about 90 days since I joined Uphold on Brave Mobile. I use Gemini for rewards on the desktop. No issues with using either service on desktop.

On mobile Brave browser: No. Can’t get verification to complete. See steps above.
On desktop brave browser: Yes. I have it synced across desktop and laptop. No issues with verification.
What date did you verify your wallet?
Mobile: Nov 2021? Oct 2021?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Works flawlessly on desktop browser. Just recently switched to Gemini for desktop rewards.
