I have received my last payment via Uphold as they no longer support Canadians. I have already removed all of my BAT from uphold, but now what do I do now?
It appears that nobody supports Canada and Brave anymore so my only option is self custody on Solana. Is getting BAT on solana still invite only? Is there anyone I can contact to request an invite?
I’ve been a part of the brave ads ecosystem for years now, and I would like to keep participating.

@Interdigitated as of now I keep hearing two different things from people. Overall it does seem like they are kind of putting an end to the sign up and are soon to have it go completely open for people.
That said, I haven’t had them tell me officially that they aren’t doing the blocksurvey invites anymore, hence why I haven’t done any updates to discourage it yet.
Main thing being said for Canada is that the system is prioritizing people from Canada who aren’t connected to anything. So basically they should have the Solana option available by time Uphold is no longer available. And in the interim, anyone not connected to Uphold should see Solana option appear.
Up to you if you want to reset Rewards now and wait the month or so for it to arrive or if you’ll hang right. By resetting you’ll be put back into default status meaning not earning for any ads you do see, only earning again once you can connect. Guess it just comes down to your preference.

Even if you reset now, you will still receive a payout to your Uphold account in early July (assuming our transfer to your account isn’t blocked in Uphold’s systems). This is because our backend knows that there is BAT due to your Uphold account for ads this month, regardless of whether you reset and switch to a new profile that isn’t connected to Uphold.
Complete open access probably won’t be available by the end of this month, but we are prioritizing sending invites out to non-connected Rewards users in Canada given this situation.
