Uphold disconnection on existing PC

Hi,

If existing instance of uphold be disconnected using “disconnect from uphold” option on an old PC, would that also remove the PC from uphold’s device limit which is 4?
If yes, can then brave be install on a new machine and connect the same uphold account there?
If no, how to remove brave on existing machine and install on a new one?
