Uphold BitLicense in NYS - BAT rewards not transferable

Hello,

Since Uphold has still not yet complied with the NYS BitLicense application are there other options or services that Brave is looking into so that users can transfer their BAT rewards?
Uphold is only available in half of the states, and I find it surprising that this relationship still exists since a large portion of your users are left out.
Its been over 2 years that Uphold has not been able to comply with NYS… :expressionless:
