I saw that creators can now Gemini to redeem their BAT but are there any alternatives to Uphold for rewards? I don’t want to send my legal docs to yet another centralized authority

If you spend even the minimum amount of time with the search function on this forum you will learn that Gemini is coming as an option to withdraw rewards in the next few months. However, just like Uphold there is still a requirement to go through the KYC procedure to use Gemini.
However, there is good news. You can use the BAT you get from browsing to reward creators, and it is completely anonymous!

full support, uphold is no good for all, very not use authentication some not impossible
