I’ve created my Uphold a week ago but it just says " Processing your ID document

Thanks for your patience while we review your information. We will contact you shortly when the process is completed." And still not havin’ any mail on my gmail, it suppose to be just 24 hours but i got 7 days, i even sent a message to the support without response, mi ticket is: [#1265819]

Sit, wait and pray. I’m waiting for verification for at least 2 months. No answers…

Hmm, well, they take a little while to respond, all I can recommed is to be patient then.
