Uphold account disconnected - Help needed please

The notice you’re getting means that Uphold needs more CDD from you. Best bet is to actually contact Uphold directly to see if they can advise if anything needs done regarding verification, especially with your bank or anything. (also check email and all to make sure nothing has been sent to you)
