Uphold Account Closed - Rewards Status?

Briefly describe your issue:

My uphold account was deactivated at the end of July and I was unable to withdraw the rewards from my account beforehand, due to the amount level.

I would like to reset and create a new profile for the rewards, however it appears you all just sent more rewards for July to that account on Uphold. What can I do to retrieve those rewards? Wanted to know before creating a new profile.

Who is your verified custodian? (Uphold/Gemini/bitFlyer)

@lp88 no way to get it, at least not from Brave, from what I’m aware. Pretty much would be between you and Uphold. And if you no longer have a custodial account, then you’ll have no way to earn BAT for the time being.

I mean, Brave isn’t going to send you payments to some other wallet or anything. And if payment has been sent to the address you had linked, they did their part.

@lp88 doubt you get a different answer but you could create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 just in case.
