Description of the issue:
The setting “Upgrade connections to HTTPS”, in “Protections” tab, doesn’t synchronize properly between devices.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Have different devices synchronized by Brave settings, and change this option.
Keep to last value.

I’ve already tried deleting the application’s cache and data, then uninstalling and reinstalling it. The problem remains the same.
Temporary fix: Use custom synchronization and disable settings synchronization.
