Updated to Win 11 24H2, Brave Doesn't Open

Description of the issue: I updated my laptop from Windows 11 23H2 to Windows 11 24H2 and now I am unable to launch Brave Browser.
[Edit: I was able to go to the file and run as administrator. But none of the tabs are loading.]
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Upgrade PC from Windows 11 23H2 to Windows 11 24H2
  2. Launch Brave Desktop Browser

Expected result: Brave launches as expected.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 131.1.73.104
