Up and Down keys don't scroll

Good afternoon,

I realized my up and down arrow keys do not scroll the page I am browsing.
I have tested in Firefox to make sure whether the issue was for all browsers, but the arrow keys work fine for scrolling there,

Do you have any idea on how I can fix this issue?

Yes, I agree, I’d appreciate to use arrow keys for scrolling as well. I noticed the arrow keys and space bar don’t work in Facebook.
