Description of the issue:
When I try to read my daily Los Angeles Times online, the “Pages” option which normally stays hidden until summoned with a click at the bottom of the screen in Edge & Chrome instead remains open obscuring the bottom of the page I am trying to read

Go to Los Angeles Times - eNewspaper (latimes.com) and try to read an unobstructed page. Then try it in Edge or Chrome.
