Description of the issue:
I get this unknown error when I go into my Windows Explorer. Every time I click on a new file, I get another.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
All I have to do is open a file in Explorer - sometimes I only have to open Explorer.
