"Unfortunately, Brave has stopped"

Brave stops several times displaying the message “Unfortunately, Brave has stopped” after turning on WiFi.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I’m using the Google search engine.
  2. The Brave rewards are disabled.

Expected result:

Usual/normal browser operation.
