Unclickable Dot Indicator in Brave Browser Tab Menu

Description of the Issue:
I encountered a bug while using the Brave browser where the dot indicator in the tab menu becomes unclickable after repeating a specific action. This issue prevents the user from accessing the corresponding option and requires a page refresh to restore normal functionality. I have provided a video demonstrating this bug for reference.

I’m using the Awesome Screenshot extension.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a new tab in the Brave browser.
  2. Click on the three dots located in the middle of the screen.
  3. Select the first option.
  4. Repeat the process of clicking on the three dots and selecting the first option.

Actual Result:
After repeating the above steps, the dot indicator becomes unclickable, hindering access to the corresponding option in the tab menu.

Expected Result:
The dot indicator should remain clickable, allowing the user to select the first option in the tab menu repeatedly without any issues.

Reproducibility:
The issue occurs consistently when the described steps are followed.
