Description of the Issue:
I encountered a bug while using the Brave browser where the dot indicator in the tab menu becomes unclickable after repeating a specific action. This issue prevents the user from accessing the corresponding option and requires a page refresh to restore normal functionality. I have provided a video demonstrating this bug for reference.

I’m using the Awesome Screenshot extension.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open a new tab in the Brave browser.
- Click on the three dots located in the middle of the screen.
- Select the first option.
- Repeat the process of clicking on the three dots and selecting the first option.
Actual Result:
After repeating the above steps, the dot indicator becomes unclickable, hindering access to the corresponding option in the tab menu.
Expected Result:
The dot indicator should remain clickable, allowing the user to select the first option in the tab menu repeatedly without any issues.
Reproducibility:
The issue occurs consistently when the described steps are followed.
