Unable to verify wallet even after un-verifying Brave on my other computer

I recently got a new computer and I have not been able to verify the wallet in Brave. I have disconnected and un-verified Brave on my other computer and it still does not work due to the cap, but this is only my 3rd instance anyway so why would it not let access when the cap is 4?

Each installation of Brave counts towards the cap. Follow instructions in the link below to open one slot.

Brave is removing linking limits, hopefully by the end of this month or sometime in May. The link below is to the Brave GitHub issue report. You can track progression there.
