Unable to verify my account since many months

Hi all,

It’s been many months that i can’t verify my account on my main browser on my PC… So i’ve lost many months of rewards and I don’t know what to do to solve the problem…

Can someone help ?

@Clear you have to be much more specific to get an answer. For example, is it because you’re not in a supported region? If that’s the case, there’s nothing you can do but wait for them to try to expand into your region or get a new partner that supports your region. I just watch for my region and it’s France, and it seems to be ok with UpHold…

To be more specific i can say that i have never had this problem before, everything was ok, until some weeks ago… I can translate what message i have when i try to connect if it can help:

Error: Brave Rewards profile is reported
Unfortunately, your Brave Rewards profile has been flagged and you are unable to verify with a guardian at this time. This report can sometimes be due to Brave Ads activity that violates the rules, although it could also be a false positive.
Please note that while your Brave Reward profile is flagged, you cannot proceed with verification.
No action is required on your part. Your Brave Rewards profile will automatically be reassessed periodically to determine when (or if) the report can be removed. Please try again from time to time to see if the report has been removed.

That’s what happen everytime i try to identify since MANY weeks, at the beginning i was thinking it was just normal but now…

Hey @Clear I’m glad you were able to be more specific. What you have is a suspension notice, which they refer to as being flagged. As you shared, it means you can’t earn BAT or receive payments while it’s there. You can submit a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 to request that someone from Brave can investigate and see if you were falsely flagged or if they believe you truly did something that violated terms of use.

If false flag, they’ll reinstate your account and you’ll continue earning. If they deem you’ve done wrong, they’ll tell you that you’ll remain flagged and your account won’t be reinstated.

J’ai émis un ticket pour leur déclarer le problème, j’attend des réponses, je ne sais même pas si ma demande à été prise en compte, je ne crois pas avoir reçu de confirmation.

Bref, j’attend

I’ve submitted a ticket, i’m now waiting for answers… I did’nt do wrong with me account, i just use brave, gain rewards and transfer them to my uphold account when i can do it.

My account has just been re-verified and i can now connect my uphold account to my brave browser again !
