Unable to VERIFY Brave Rewards w/ Uphold App

Briefly describe your issue:
Once upon a time my Brave Rewards & Uphold accounts were linked and I was receiving payouts. At some point something occurred to stop the payouts and at this current point in time I am unable to “Verify” my account (even after requesting removal of all linked wallets/accounts).
Now when I attempt to “Verify” my Rewards wallet in the Browser for a payout either:

  • A.) Nothing happens when I tap on the Uphold link in the Browser…
    OR,
  • B.) the Uphold app launches for authorization and then immediately gives me an error message that reads “Something went wrong. Please try again later”.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Samsung S10+ running Android 12 (One UI 4.0)
Brave Browser Version 1.37.112

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
It used to be verified through Uphold, but NO… not any longer.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, initially payouts were received every month… for several months and then stopped.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No VPN.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes, United States.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Yes, PASSED.

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?
Yes, I trade several cryptos on Uphold as well as a few other things. So I do business with Uphold regularly. Their customer service dept. has been unable to assist me with this issue thus far.
