Unable to use pages with elements having it's own scroll bar

Description of the issue: Scrolling of select options is really slow also with some pages having built in PDF readers scrolling is too slow
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Just opening a select option scroll down would be enough to reproduce this issue
  2. I am using it on Linux Mint 19.3 Tricia x86_64
    3.Also pages with pdf readers which has it’s own scroll bars
    4.So mostly something which has it’s own scroll bar

Expected result: make it fast like any other browser! NO other browser has this issue
