Description of the issue:
unable to use element blocker to remove bottom floating banners

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. find a site with a bottom floating banner, eg. https://www.searchenginejournal.com/wordpress-contributor-cutbacks-cause-core-development-to-stall/543940/
  2. try block the bottom floating banner
  3. observe that the element picker hides the bottom banner

Expected result:

reflow the screen or allow the element picker to move so that any element can be selected

I agree that the element picker should be movable. It looks like there are already some issued filed on Github about this. I’ll ping the team and see if we can get movement on this:
