Unable To Synchronize

I am unable to synchronize my iphone and windows desktop unit. When I try to scan the QR-code a message pops up saying that the downloaded version is too old, even though I have updated it to the latest version. The software on both units are up to date. I am using windows 11.

Is there not an option to synchronize units anymore?
