Is anybody having issues streaming Youtube TV via Brave browser using NordVPN? This just occurred last week. Normally, I would open a tab and login to youtube tv without the VPN turned on. Once I chose a channel and start streaming, that is when I go and turn on NordVPN. I even tried specific server number [#9283, etc] in a few seconds attempting to stream, I then get the notification, this channel is unavailable in this country. I even tried other browser like Edge to see if I get the same result. Yes, I even tried clearing the cache and delete the history only to get the same results. I have consulted with NordVPN and so far, no resolution. I am not sure if it’s within the browser or something in Youtube TV is preventing me to stream it on PC. Yes, my location on my PC is turned off! My smart phone is working with NordVPN turned on. So for now either I can stream through my TV or from my smart phone. Any inputs or suggestion is appreciated.
To confirm, you did get the same result in Edge/other browsers? If so, then the issue is likely on NordVPN’s side of things.
Yes, I did get the same issue with Edge browser as well.
Yeah I suspect the issue has something to do with NordVPN. I just tested streaming YT TV using Brave VPN and SurfShark VPN and didn’t have any issues.
