This is due to unable to deduct gas fee as it keep showing insufficient funds.

Can you please confirm whether this transaction was initiated from a third-party dapp or not?
We have received multiple reports of issues (ex, https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/19536) with custom EVM networks such as Polygon, which may be causing this error. A fix for it has landed on nightly, and will be uplifted to the release channel soon.
I wanted to transfer the tokens out of Brave Wallet to Metamask.
Its not initiated from 3rd party dapp.
