When wanting to register for the Brave API at https://api-dashboard.search.brave.com/register - I only get this after filling out the form and clicking “Register”:
Unknown error prevented registration
So how does one actually sign up?
Hello! This may be related to special characters in the form field. Are you inputting any text in the form with a special character?
My full name contains the Danish letters “ø” and “æ” - nothing more than that.
When looking in the Firefox console, I see this when the page “gives up”:
POST
https://api-dashboard.search.brave.com/register
[HTTP/2 500 434ms]
(Error 500 = internal server error).
Do you have a . or + sign in the email provided?
