And another (I’m not convinced this is the same wallet linking limit issue you’ve detailed here):

That was 11 days ago. Have you begun “going through case by case”?
My case is f0c99fe4-8583-488f-afcb-fd04e0fb5be6, submitted 9/11/21.
I saw there is ticket 18572 but I believe that is a different thing-- for users to self-manage slots.

After a thorough review of all your log files, almost every single user here is unable to verify their wallet due to hitting the wallet linking limit (four browser wallets per custodial account). Given the number of users encountering this issue, we’ve created a form for users to submit a wallet “unlinking” request.
Note that at this time, we can only remove one wallet per custodial account. This will allow you to verify an additional wallet/device to that custodial account.
When submitting a wallet unlinking request, the following information is required – without it, we will not be able to process your unlinking request:
Custodian member ID:
This can be found on your
brave://rewards-internalspage on the
General infotab, under the
External wallet infosection. Note that this will only appear for a wallet that is already properly verified with your Uphold/Gemini account.
Uphold Member ID:
For Uphold users on the old layout:
If your Uphold layout looks like the image above, please see these instructions on how to find your Custodian ID/Member ID.
For users on the new Uphold layout:
If you are using the update Uphold layout as shown above, you can find your Uphold member ID by:
- Signing into your Uphold.com account.
- Click the “More” option on the side bar on the left
- Click “Profile”
Your Uphold ID is listed here on your profile page.
For Gemini users:
If you have verified with Gemini, there is no Custodian/Member ID. Instead, when filling out this field on the form, we will need the Wallet Payment ID of a Rewards wallet that is currently connected to your Gemini account and working properly.
To find your Wallet Payment ID:
- Open Brave
- Go to your brave://rewards-internals page (type this into the address bar)
- On the “General Info” tab, the Wallet Payment ID is listed at the top.
Description field of the form, please include all wallet payment IDs (found on your
brave://rewards-internals page, on the
General info tab) that are currently properly linked to your custodial account – these are typically the wallets you want to keep verified/linked. If you do not have any wallets currently linked and working properly to Uphold, then please let us know that we can “remove any wallet”.
When your request is received, support will remove a wallet ID from your account that does not match the list of IDs you’ve provided in this field (this way we can ensure we do not accidentally delete a working, verified wallet).
Please use the link below to submit a wallet unlinking request. You can make the subject line of the form"Wallet unlinking request". Please ensure that you’ve included all the requested information and support will process these requests as fast as we are able to. We appreciate your patience.
