Unable to open external application

Description of the issue:
Using Teamviewer’s service queue the site will no longer open the application from the connect button. There is no error message. I have tried on multiple PC’s with the same results (W10 & W11)

Using Chrome or FireFox does not produce the issue.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Open site and click on connect button

Expected result:
Either the application opens or a popup will open asking to open the application

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.35.101

Additional Information:
This has been happening for roughly 2 weeks. I have been working with Teamviewer support on the issue to no avail.
