Unable to open a torrent file

Already disabled the WebTorrent extension but still can’t use Brave to open a torrent with my existing client (BitTorrent). Whenever I click on the torrent link I’m only allowed to “Save as” the torrent file, while on other browsers I’ve always had an option to choose what I want to do with it: open, save, etc…
