Unable to login to Campaign Monitor

Unable to login to Campaign Monitor, which is one of the world’s largest Email list services (second in size after Mailchimp).

URLS:
createsend.com (a subfolder is used for each client as in clientusername.createsend.com)
campaignmonitor.com is the parent URL but all access is through createsend.com

When trying to login it goes to a “Logging In” notification but nothing happens. Ever. Works fine on Chrome and other browsers.

@Adwiz,
Have you tried authenticating with Shields down? It’s likely because Shields is blocking 3rd party cookie access on the site. To resolve this,

  1. Visit createsend login page
  2. Click the lion icon on the right side of the address bar to reveal the Shields panel
  3. Toggle the main switch (top-right) off and allow the page to refresh.
  4. Try to login again

If this works, you should be able to toggle Shields back “on” while still being able to authenticate. Let me know if this works for you.

That did the trick. Thanks so much! Didn’t know about how the Shield functionality could impact logins.
