I’m using Brave VPN on through the Brave Browser on a windows laptop and am unable to log in.
I’ve tried multiple times and each time it appears to log me in, but when I try to open a VPN session I get the error:
“Session Expired - please log in to your Brave Account to refresh your VPN session”
I encountered this problem some months ago and was advised to go do the following:
- Prior to logging into your Brave account, open Brave and navigate to brave://skus-internals/
- Click Reset SKUs state (only do this once)
- Login to account.brave.com again and try to connect or, if needed click Refresh Brave VPN then try to connect.
I’ve tried this and still can’t log in.
