Hi, I cannot verify Gemini wallet. Every time i try to do that, i get this.
Its mean there an error when i was trying to connect it and its asked me to ask for support.
I was able to connect perviously , but unable to do so for now.
Am I able to connect to another Uphold account?
@Ivangan321 Gemini hasn’t been supported for some time. It has allowed people to remain connected for any Rewards profiles that had been linked. Most likely this issue is arising out of that though, as it has been more than a year that Gemini has not been an offering for Rewards.
You can reset your Rewards to perhaps choose Uphold or Solana if they are available to you. I see your screenshot is Chinese. I’m not sure what country you’re in but you wouldn’t be able to connect to Uphold if you’re in China or another country that is not on the supported country list as you can see here
As for Solana, which is on-chain payouts, it is invite only. But you can sign up for it and get a slightly quicker invite that way. Just no specific timeframe. You can read through everything I have written at PSA: Current and upcoming changes to Rewards and Creators to get more details.
