Unable to get verify my braver reward and it shows reached device limit?

I am unable to connect my uphold id with brave rewards it is showing that I had reached the limit but I had to disconnect my all previous IDs from the brave reward wallet but still it is showing that I hadn’t disconnected. Could you please help me to verify my original id with my uphold account? so I can use my wallet again. Please help me with this and check the attachment.
