Description of the issue:
Attempting to download ePub files (which are are really zip files) instead displays what I assume is a hex representation of the binary data.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Click on a download link for an ePub file (I tried links at several sites including archiveofourown.org and Gutenberg.org).
Incidentally, I tried to test with smashwords.com, and brave cannot even display their front page.

Expected result:
I expected a dialog box prompting me to select an app/destination for the file.
Reproduces how often:
Happens every time.
