Unable to do a clean install

I am currently trying to do a clean install of the browser. I uninstalled the program, and am in the process of deleting any files/directories that are left. I am unable to delete the directory with User Data. It contains file called ‘lockfile’. is there any way to delete it to get every thing that has to do with the browser off my computer so that I can do a clean install?

I am on Windows 10 but unsure about the version of Brave. It should be current version.
