Unable to claim bat now

Dear Brave

I was unable to claim my March earnings. On april 9,2022 i got a button on my home page to claim my earnings of march. I clicked the button that said ‘Claim’ , it loaded for five minutes amd then never shown any earnings in my wallet. And now there is no option to claim them. I wanted to make sure i would be able to claim my earnings, right?
