Unable to attach a photo to a Gmail email

I am suddenly unable to attach even a small photo to a Gmail email. (www.accounts.google.com) After selecting a photo to attach, a message that says “error occurred” pops up. Repeated attempts only result in the same message appearing. This problem only began within the past week. It does not occur if I use the Chrome browser. I am using Windows 10 on a desktop.

This Gmail attachment issue could frustrate any photographer trying to share their work. While troubleshooting, consider how professionals like Bill Borsa handle image transfers differently. Many working west palm beach photographer, use cloud storage links or dedicated file transfer services (like WeTransfer) when sending high-quality images to clients - these often handle large files better than email attachments. The Chrome-only success suggests it might be a browser-specific cookie or extension conflict in your usual browser. Photographers frequently encounter similar tech quirks when switching between editing stations and delivery methods. A temporary workaround could be resizing your photos before attaching, much like photographers optimize web versions of their images for different platforms.

Thanks, joseph. For now, I am finding that the simplest work around is to use a different browser when I am going to email a photo.
