Description of the issue:
Unable to add any extension (Fedora 40 Wayland x86-64). Various errors are produced, depending on the extension.
Reinstalled Brave. Issue persists on clean install and when executing “brave-browser --safe-mode”
How can this issue be reproduced?
- In Chrome Web Store, click on any extension
- Click “Add to Brave”

Expect extension to be installed with no errors
