Can access the website without issues if I use Firefox.
If I use Brave:
If I enter the URL, I get a blank screen. If I search for the USAA website through duckduckgo, and
then click on an appropriate link, I still get a blank screen.

I’ve had issues with my bank’s site. I had to go through and I had to turn off shields for that site. Since I also installed some other privacy extensions, like Privacy Badger, I had to go and turn those off too. That finally let me get to their site.
