I cannot access chat boxes on my banking website or other sites that use chat boxes. I like Brave but have to use Firefox if I want to use a company chatbox. Is there a setting somewhere? Any help or advice would be appeciated…
Can you please tell me what OS and Brave version you’re using? Additionally, can you please tell me what websites specifically you see this on other than your banking website? I’d love to test on my end and see if I can reproduce the issue.

Santander - Find the chat with us box on the contact us page. If fact any company (usually retail) site that has a chat with us box usually found on their contct us page.
The petsathome chat agent was offline so I don’t know that the box would have appeared for me. For Santander bank I was able to view the chat box without any issues.
Can you try disabling Shields just to test and see if the chat boxes appear when you do?
