Uh oh. Your wallet is unreachable after 3 days

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Just will not connect i have been waiting 3 days
  2. Uphold says it should connect in a few hours !!!

Expected result:
Wallet to connect

Did the issue begin with the latest update? Do you have Creators account?

No Creators account?

We’ve had multiple server issues over the last week, and I’m wondering if that could be the cause. Have you been able to login since 3 days ago?

I too am having the same problem. Also I was never given my earning for November, which were supposed to be paid out yesterday. The date has now changed to January 5th
