hello my friend since 4 month i have a big problem when i shut down or up to date or other i have this message " Uh oh! The Brave Rewards server is not responding. We will fix this acan you help me please!!!s soon as possible.
and when i clik to try again because wallet creation failed i ot back my wallet but all my bat accumuletted and pending lost what is this problem i think in 4 month i lost 100 bat or more
please help me!!!

Can you tell me what version of Brave you’re using and whether or not it’s mobile/desktop?

Hi, can you go to brave://rewards-internals/ and check whether the entries are filled or blank?
In case they are blank, you might have the same issue as I do - see here: Dead wallet [blank entries under brave://rewards-internals/, wallet creation 1/1/1970]

Hi, OK, so it‘s not the same issue as mine.

However, you should remove those details from your post. Those are private and should only be shared with The Brace Team via Direct Message. Use the Edit tool.

Judging by the wallet creation date, it seems you have created a new one. I have seen other people reporting this.
