Today, after upgrading from v1.77.100 to v1.77.101, Brave decided to delete uBlock Origin and completely wipe all its settings, filter lists and custom rules.
It also denied reinstalling the extension unless I’d go into settings and switch it on in the Manifest V2 panel.
I really wish Brave wouldn’t s*ck.
Still working here, just tested enabling uBO on Brave Nightly. Seems fine. Maybe look at brave://settings/extensions/v2
Yeah it still works after force-enabling it and reinstalling it. The issue I mentioned in my message (doesn’t seem you’ve read it) is Brave deleted it and all its settings without warning when updating the browser.
