Twitter in 3440x1440p - reducing Zoom causes scrollbar to disappear

Description of the issue:
Scrollbar in twitter

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. 3440x1440p resolution and go to twitter

Additional Information:
If you reduce the zoom from 100% to 90% the scrollbar dissapears:
