@Natan5388,
I seem to be able to stream Twitch at the highest possible quality without any errors. I notice that you’re not using the most up to date version of the browser – would you mind going to Menu --> About Brave and updating to v0.70.121

this print is from today, and I manually updated it last night i can see on youtube 1080p but on twitch no

@Natan5388,
To confirm – you can set the Twitch video/stream to 1080p (or highest quality offered), right? The issue is that when you do so, it takes forever to buffer, correct?

yes he buff but slow with stops a lot of times

now i updated to 100 mb my internet, and a new gb router

@Natan5388,
What do you have your Shields settings set to for Twitch? Additionally, can you tell me what extensions you have installed?
