Trying to restore brave on ubuntu from backed up home folder

I recently reinstalled Ubuntu 22.04 and I have a backup of my previous home folder. How can I restore brave? I believe its from an earlier version of Brave.

I have tried pasting the folder /home/.config/BraveSoftware to my new home folder, but when I open brave, nothing happens. I suspect that it just crashes and closes. If I get rid of that folder, brave opens fine.

I suspect that there are more folders that I need to copy over, OR that I need to install the older version of Brave.

The old Ubuntu was, I believe 22.04.
