Trouble verifying new accounts in Brave Rewards

Good morning, I have problems verifying a new account in brave rewards, since I formatted my devices and re-downloaded brave, but when I want to verify my accounts it says that I have already exceeded the number of devices when currently I only have one verified and I want to verify another one , How can i solve this?
