Trouble connecting VPN on IOS to Desktop. Gives me error message below

When I try to Link purchase to your Brave account, I get the below error message and says to contact community.

@B-Lee wanted to tag you in to make aware. Guess is/was a similar issue at vpn connection problem that had no responses.

@ekgl1234 at the same time, I’m also going to encourage you to create a Brave Premium Product Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003078831 as it’s one of the guaranteed ways of getting a response from Brave and it can get them some additional information they might need to assist.

I couldn’t figure out a way to open a ticket at first, but just did a little bit ago. Hoping to get a response. Thanks!
