Tried everything, haven't received a single ad or additional reward since the start of June 2022

Briefly describe your issue:

I’ve followed all of the instructions and fixes in the pages I have been recommended to see. Brave rewards are fully enabled, I have the latest Brave browser, notifications are set to ON in my Windows 10 settings, my Uphold wallet is fully connected and verified.

For some reason since the start of June 2022 I have not received a single BAT token. This is in spite of having received them before in prior months with no problems. I haven’t been shown any ads in my notifications at all and I cannot figure out why this is.

Any support would be greatly appreciated!

Mine have disappeared as well… just about same timeline.

I changed nothing on my end and all seems… set up properly.
If I am flagged or banned, there has been no word.
mystery… SHOULD have had ONE by now but no notification pop ups for weeks.

Agreed. Very mysterious to see this process suddenly stop and not resume despite following all of the instructions.

I had an issue where I was not receiving ads so I have 3 suggestions
1: Turn off Auto-contribute on all devices.
2: Try this and see if you are getting notifications https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058972091-Push-Notification-Test
3: Try creating a new profile and see if you are getting ads on that one.
