Translate this page not working

Description of the issue:
When you press right click and “translate this page” nothing is happening.
Translating… in progress but the page doesn’t translate. You can try it by yourself.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. any page can be reproduced at anytime when you try to translate any page

Expected result:

**Reproduces how often:everytime

**Brave Version(about:brave):latest

**Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):yes

**Additional Information:translating from any language is not working

This feature is not “fully implemented” and will be available within 0.65.x release.
