Description of the issue: I executed (as test) five transactions in last two months. Four of them have status “confirmed”, but I have`nt received anything at the other end. The only one with status “Error” offers the button “reject”, which I tried several times. Nothing happens. Has anyone a clue? Thanks in advance

I dont understand the question regarding the legitimation of my token. I am dealing only with my own asset, which I transfered from Quanta Capital in Dec. last year.
Yes, someone claiming to be Brave Support connected me (I have already sent you the information under the title “Fraud…”). I terminated the contact, as I was offered to transfer my asset of 11.000,- USD from my asset, if I pay 1.300 USD (for transfer charges) in advance. I dont have 11.000 USD and I am not going to pay that much for transfer service.
Can you please let me know, how I can get my asset transfered in my bank account (in Italy or in Germany) and what is the reasonable percentage for transfer fees and what is normal period for such transactions.
I also want to be sure to receive the right amount within acceptable time (lets say one week). So I would like to transfer a small amount first - like I did it in some of my five unsuccesful trials, which I sent you.
As mentioned already, I am trying to get my own asset without success for some five months!
